- Local Cleaners 365 offers general/ maintenance office cleaning as well as home/commercial carpet and tile cleaning. *(Deep cleaning of extensive soiled surfaces and flooring is not backed by company guarantee.)
- Our minimum service charge is $100.
- For carpet and tile flooring, we always pre-vacuum and prep all spaces before the cleaning process. Our very low moister carpet cleaning process will have carpets clean and dry within approximately 30-60 minutes time.
- For a more efficient cleaning service, please have all rooms and spaces designated for cleaning free of clothing, toys and personal items.
- Local Cleaners 365 will not move or remove heavier furniture items like sofas, cabinets, dining room tables, beds or personal/ delicate specially items, etc.
- Local Cleaners 365 currently does not offer services on Saturdays or Sundays unless scheduled at least 1 week in advance.
- Special Miscellaneous add-on projects must be communicated in advance in order to re-budget pricing details.
- Regular hours of operation are from 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM Mondays-Fridays.
